Frogger's Adventures 2: The Lost Wand is a kind of action/puzzle game. Frogger is tired of sitting around and longs for a new adventure. It's fortunate, then, that the Eternity Wand has been broken into pieces and needs repairing. Sure, the premise and story are slightly misguided, but the resulting gameplay is at times fantastic. Frogger moves with the same one-at-a-time jumps he had in the arcade original, only this time, it's placed in bigger worlds. Frogger's Adventures 2 is at its best during its maze-like levels, which force players into some seriously tough puzzle-solving. Frogger's Adventures 2: The Lost Wand is a mixed bag, but when it works, it works great.
