Bosnia mourns baby who died because of government bickering

Anti-government protests have escalated in Bosnia over the issuing of identity documents. On Monday, a funeral was held for a Bosnian baby whose specialist treatment abroad was delayed because she had no ID card. All children born since February are without personal documents as the government bickers over how to define new identity numbers. Al Jazeera's Charlie Angela reports.
