This allows landlords to share information on tenants 'lifestyles' which can lead to them being blacklisted, and at risk of homelessness, for up to six years. Tenants have been blacklisted because of allegations of cannabis use, because they had a pet or a financial disagreement with their landlord. In this video Routledge explains how his service could be used to illegally discriminate against people with mental health conditions and mocks a former tenant.
