Peeping Tom Hides in Park Septic Tank

A woman at Keystone Lake park took her 7-year-old daughter to the bathroom and horrifically noticed a man staring up at her from below the toilet. 52-year-old Kenneth Webster Enlow was found inside the septic tank.
52-year-old Kenneth Webster Enlow has been arrested on peeping Tom charges after he was found hiding inside the septic tank of a ladies' bathroom.
A woman at Keystone Lake park took her 7-year-old daughter to the restroom and was horrified to see a man staring up at her from below the toilet.
Tulsa County Sheriff's Deputies were sent to the scene after a park ranger alerted them of the strange situation.
According to one of the involved deputies “I saw that he was standing with his head and shoulders out of the hole and that he was covered in feces.”
Enlow reportedly told police his girlfriend beat him with a tire iron and dumped him in the toilet. Enlow said he was unconscious from his injuries which is why he didn’t ask the woman and her daughter for assistance when they entered the public restroom.
However authorities didn’t buy it as he had no injuries to back up his story. He is due to appear in court on July 15th.
