This is a nice tutorial to get crazy scored on the map The Eleventh Hour! Another smart way to level up fast is continuously doing the first 2 minutes of this map over and over and when you get to the bomb part fail the defuse and start over, tis usually around 5k per life but with loading times and whatnot, i found that this option was a wee bit faster to me!
