Maoist attack: Ch'garh min admits to prior warnings

May 25, 2013 marks one of the biggest Maoist attack in Chhatisgarh that claimed the life of veteran Congress leader VC Shukla. Now, a shocking admission by a Chattisgarh Minister that they had recieved prior warnings of a possible attack has raised several eyebrows. If the state government was warned, why were they ignored?
