Thousands of female supporters of ousted President Mohamed Mursi march on Egypt's defense ministry Sunday. They came to protest against the recent killing of three women in clashes in the Nile Delta.

They chant against the head of Egypt's Armed Forces, General Abdel-Fatah al-Sisi.

Al-Sisi ousted Mursi on July 3, following mass protests against him and his Muslim Brotherhood.

At least 99 people have died in violence since Mursi's removal by the army on July 3,
