How the ‪PCB‬ lost millions of dollars in a broadcast deal.

The man, Commander Arshed Gilani (Rtd), claims to have brought the first ever LIVE cricket broadcast from the West Indies to Pakistan in 1993. He said they, in the following years, earned a lot of money for the Pakistan Cricket Board through broadcasting deals, however in the early part of 2000, the then PCB chairman, CEO etc broke a 'weird' deal which cost Pakistan around 200 million dollars.
