Really, the only gameplay that Perfect Kick has is infinite shooting and deflecting penalties, like your life depends on it. The game could’ve been a whole lot more interesting, if it had at least somewhat varied kicking techniques, but no matter how much I tried, it seemed to only contain a single way of kicking and really simple deflecting that only worked 40% of the time.
To kick the ball, all you need to do is draw a path on your screen, and the Lego football player will completely ignore your orders, attacking however the hell he wants to. Granted, it’s completely possible that it was simply me, not understanding the controls, but in that case, I’m not to blame, since the game doesn’t have anything to count as a tutorial.
