No Wind in the Pirates' Sails from the Surveillance Scandal | People

One might think that a party founded on a platform of internet privacy and security would be making stacks of political hay from the NSA spy scandal. Germany is buzzing with reports about foreign intelligence agencies helping themselves to its citizens' personal data. That still hasn't been enough to push the Pirate Party past two percent, however. Its so-called internet parties haven't been much help either.
