Kehre nach Rapture zurück, das fast komplett neu aus der BioShock Infinite Engine gebaut wurde. Die Story bringt Booker und Elizabeth in die Unterwasserstadt als diese noch in voller Pracht stand. Das Gameplay wurde modifiziert, um den Spielern die originale BioShock Kampferfahrung zu bieten, die das Beste von BioShock und BioShock Infinite zusammenbringt.
