WWE '13 is a professional wrestling video game based on World Wrestling Entertainment. It was also the last WWE game published by THQ before the publisher went out of business. WWE '13 builds on the same gameplay introduced in WWE '12, but the game takes a historical perspective, focusing on the company's popular and controversial Attitude Era. Stars like "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, The Rock, Bret "The Hitman" Hart and Shawn Michaels are featured in WWE '13's Attitude Era mode, which retells major events from that period in interactive form. WWE '13 also features a selection of WWE superstars from 2013, including John Cena, CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, Dolph Ziggler, Randy Orton and more. The game features slightly complex gameplay built around reversals and chained move sequences, so although the learning curve is steep, the in-ring results are natural and fluid. WWE '13 features extensive single-player and multiplayer modes, as well as rich customization options.
