Using this emulator and a downloaded .ISO file i managed to play Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception on my PC (windows 7)
I have around 20-30 fps when fullscreen 1920x1080 my specs are: i7 3770k - nvidia 660 Ti - 16gb ram If you have too low fps just lower the resolution and it will run way better, it also depends on which game you play of course.
