Silent lightening strikes in Lithuania

Romas Gaucas was in his hometown of Kaunas, Lithuania, when a lightning storm began suddenly. It began at approximately 10:30pm on one of the hottest days of summer this year with temperatures reaching as high as 32 degrees Celsius. Gaucas immediately started filming the storm and described it as “something I have never seen…extraordinary”. The storm continued for several hours at least. Credit: Romas Gaučas.
