BREAKING VIDEO: Hostages Taken at LA Bank; Suspect Armed

A man armed with an automatic weapon holding three people hostage inside a bank in Northeastern Louisiana. Negotiators are on the scene at Tensas State Bank in St. Joseph as police have blocked off much of the town. No word yet on the suspect’s motive.
