Seattle Police Will Be Passing Out Munchies At Hempfest 2013

Every year Seattle's Hempfest draws huge crowds making it the largest marijuana festival in the world. More than just cannabis enthusiasts, the event draws political rallies, music, arts and crafts. This year has been dubbed "Operation Orange Fingers" because Seattle police will be handing out munchies... but for a reason.
