Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag is being developed by Ubisoft Montreal and will be published by Ubisoft. This latest installment in the Assassin’s Creed action-adventure franchise is going to out on October 29, 2013 for the Nintendo Wii U, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 platforms.
