Aion - Cleric - Lv65 Stigma Skill - Lightning Bolt of Retaliation

Video shows the Cleric Lv65 stigma skill from siege reward. First the animation alone, and then cast time from target 30 seconds later(cooldown). These stigmas are only obtained from being in the top 10 contributers to successful siege attack/defense. Information of the stigma below;
