Bombardier hopes to challenge Airbus and Boeing in the profitable medium jet segment after a successful test flight of its CS100 jet in Montreal on Monday. The company says it already has 177 firm orders. In the US, a survey by Forbes shows the richest 400 people saw their wealth grow by 16% in the past year.
