Wind Waker took the Zelda series into the future in terms of its storyline, as well. The land of Hyrule is now only a legend, carried on through oral tales and the whispers of the wind. Now, the world is covered by a vast ocean, where people survive on tiny islands separated by miles and miles of water. This is the world where Link lives, a young boy who’s finally of age to start wearing green like the fabled Hero of Time. Little does Link know he shares the same fate as the hero of legend. Wind Waker’s colorful graphics haven’t aged a day, and the game looks and plays better than ever on the Wii U.
