Here is our investigative report on fake cops and real cops during Halloween 2013 on Lincoln Road. Sometimes very hard to tell who is who. Saw those young kids coming at me, thought that uniform does not look too believable, only then I realized they were real. Several other people told me they noticed the same. Just a few sexy police officer girls were obviously not real, or were they?
