Minecraft: how to build the Ultimate Chicken Farm Tutorial, eggs, feathers raw and cooked chicken

This tutorial will show you how to build the ultimate chicken farm providing eggs, feathers, raw and grilled chicken depending on operation mode fully automatic.
The design is 3x6x7 = 126 blocks which is very compact and cheap in resources for what it does which is A LOAD!
it has a "breed more seeding chickens" mode to increase egg production.
and then depending on the settings is able to provide you with every chicken resource desired as long as it's chunk is loaded fully automatic.
