Grand Theft Auto IV, or GTA IV for short, is set in a fictional city known as Liberty City and focuses on Nikolai "Niko" Bellic, an immigrant from an unknown European country. Through the persuasion of Niko's cousin, Roman, and the desire to discover the American dream, Niko came to Liberty City. Unfortunately for Niko, he doesn't discover the dream he wants, but instead uses his troubled background to his advantage to protect his deceptive cousin.
