Britney Spears stops traffic in Vegas

A day after celebrating her 32nd birthday, pop star Britney Spears stopped traffic on the famed Las Vegas Strip where she was welcomed at her new home at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.
Sin City's newest headliner arrived to crowds lining a red carpet in front of the casino where dancers performed to the singers hits.
The singer has agreed to headline a show at Planet Hollywood for two years.

"I feel that it's going to be really different. It's different than anything they've seen visual to the eye. It's very intriguing to the eye. And, the show has a lot of dynamics: there's snow, there's water, there's magic. It's just a lot of fun. It's like a huge celebration."
According to the casino, ticket demand for "Britney: Piece of Me", which kicks off on Friday, December 27, has been so overwhelming additional shows have been scheduled.
