In September, 2012, Jack Stick, the Deputy Inspector General for Enforcement for the Texas Health and Human Service Commission Office of the Inspector General was arrested in Austin for DWI. He was released on $2,000 bond and still to this day the charges are unresolved. Stick told the Austin press he took a blood test. The arrest records say he didn't. He is still scheduled for a hearing in Travis County Criminal Court.
