How to install XBMC and add-ons easily (Xfinity repo)

I created this video for a few family members and friends interested in XBMC, but hopefully someone else will find this useful as well. This is the just the first video explaining how to install XBMC and the Xfinity repository, and consequently the 1channel add-on. In the second video I will explain how to use the subscriptions feature of the 1channel add-on and set it up.
