Fifty nine days after the conclusion of the 2013 season, the Citroën DS3 WRCs returned to action in the World Rally Championship. Kris Meeke/Paul Nagle and Mads Østberg/Jonas Andersson got their 2014 season off to a fine start by setting the joint-second fastest time (2:16.5) in the shakedown, ahead of the start of the Rallye Monte-Carlo.
