LINDSAY LOHAN Protection Order Against Dad Michael Lohan - Lindsay Lohan's mom Dina is bringing Lohan drama to another level. Dina Lohan reportedly wants Lindsay to get a protection order against her father, Michael Lohan, preventing him from contacting her at all, meaning no phone calls, texts or emails. As John Basedow reports, Lindsay doesn't appear to be on board with her mother's plans.
