BP Oil Spill claims, News for the Medical Benefit only class of claims

In the on going process of resolving the massive BP Oil Spill claims process, some good news came out of a recent 5th Circuit Court decision to issue a mandate approving what is known as the Medical Benefit Only Class. This class settlement is separate and distinct from the Business Economic Loss Claim settlement class and involves a set compensation for medical benefit costs for the BP Oil Spill clean up workers.
