[ISS] Docking of Expedition 39 Delayed due to Thruster Issue

Just hours after launch the Soyuz TMA-12M was due to perform a thruster firing to align it for docking with the International Space Station - due to an unknown reason at this time, this firing did not occur.
Russia is currently looking at the data and has postponed docking to atleast Thursday for a re-attempt of approach. A successful docking on Thursday March 27th 2014 would be at 23:58 UTC.
