BBC F1 2014: Mark Webber on 'getting cooked in the car' (2014 Malaysian Grand Prix)

Former Formula 1 driver Mark Webber shows how he used to prepare for racing in extreme heat and humidity to prevent him "getting cooked in the car".

Webber visits Dr Simon Sostaric's clinic in Melbourne, Australia to undertake heat acclimatisation training, where a special pill monitors his core temperature.

The Australian believes that, for a long time, more attention was paid to the condition of the car than that of the drivers, and but that F1 teams are starting to "respect the heat".
