Il parle de son temps dans L'armée et comment on lui a appris à détester tous les Musulmans. En Irak il a été témoin de la mise à mort des civils et décidé d'abandonner l'armée. Maintenant il vit au Canada et à écrit son livre "le Conte du Déserteur" qui à été Récemment publié.
