Soldier kills 3, injures 16, shoots himself at Texas army base

All too familiar scenes of violence at the U.S. Army base in Fort Hood, Texas.
Military officials say a soldier suffering from mental health issues has killed three people and wounded at least 16 others, before committing suicide.
(SOUNDBITE) (English) FORT HOOD COMMANDING OFFICER MARK MILLEY SAYING:
"Within 15 minutes, first responders within the military police and emergency services responded to the scene and engaged the shooter and the shooter is dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. With regard to the investigation, at this time there is no indication that this incident is related to terrorism although we are not ruling anything out and the investigation continues."
Security has been heightened at the base after yet another deadly shooting.
The all-clear has now been given at the base and cars are leaving the compound but military police still patrol the air and the roads.
