Storms Bring Major Flooding to Central Tennessee

Tornadoes weren’t the only problems brought on by severe storms that pounded parts of the southeastern United States on April 28. This footage shows flooding in the Coble community of Hickman County, Tennessee. The video was shot on Tuesday morning, April 29, by Meriwether Lewis Electric Cooperative employee Dwight Bates.MLEC said Coble was hit hardest by the storms in their area of central Tennessee, prompting employees to use their personal boats to help restore power.
