Once you open up the program, put the target as 27.27.27.27 then to the right it'll say "Port" and you want to select "PSN (PS3)" and keep everything else the same. Once you back out to the main menu and you're looking on the black screen select "Attack" and wait about 8,000 data then click stop. If you did it correctly, it would've worked. Otherwise, keep trying until you get it. Make sure you Like, Favorite, and Subscribe for more awesome videos!
