Flowerworks HD: Follie’s Adventure review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Flowerworks HD: Follie’s Adventure on the eShop for the Nintendo Wii U developed and published by Nocturnal Entertainment.

Nocturnal Entertainment’s 2009 action-puzzler migrates from WiiWare to the eShop. Flowerworks HD: Follie’s Adventure is an action-puzzler with a simple premise—pollinate the plants. As with any great puzzler, however, things get pretty crazy from there. Playing as a tiny alien explorer named Follie, you crash land on a strange planet with awful landscaping. Fortunately, you have a bunch of seeds you were delivering, so why not beautify? As pollen floats around the screen, it’s your job to collect it and shoot it into your starving seedlings. Shoot pollen through other pieces of pollen to build up combos, which improve your score and launch even more “flowerworks.” In addition to its HD makeover, Flowerworks HD also adds a multiplayer mode, which was missing from the original WiiWare version.

This video review features video gameplay footage of Flowerworks HD: Follie’s Adventure on the eShop for the Nintendo Wii U and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
