NFL 2K3 review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of NFL 2K3 for the Nintendo GameCube developed by Visual Concepts and published by SEGA.
Before Madden had its gridiron gaming monopoly, SEGA’s NFL 2K series was right on its tail. The 2003 installation brought NFL 2K to new heights, beefing up its presentation with an ESPN license and offering some of the best graphics and animations in sports games at the time. NFL 2K3 skews more toward simulation buffs with its plethora of management-heavy game modes. The computer AI offers an incredibly steep challenge, as well, forcing players to both manage well and execute even better on the field. NFL 2K3 and its several modes support single-player and local multiplayer play on the GameCube.
