Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow video review of Mega Man Xtreme for Nintendo 3DS, developed by Biox and published by Capcom.
Mega Man games on portable systems mash up two titles. That's how it's always been... well, except for that outlier Mega Man V. So when the Game Boy Color afforded the chance to adapt the Super NES's Mega Man X series to the portable screen, Capcom decided to return to their original paradigm, and include four bosses from Mega Man X and four from Mega Man X2, along with some boss elements from each (including that accursed spider boss) and - of course - both the Hadouken and Shoryuken. Why decide, when you can have both?
