NEO Scavenger plays its role as a post-apocalyptic survival simulation to the hilt: you're given little informantion, plenty of data, and tasked with controlling about a bajillion different variables as you explore the ruins of cities, cobble together anything you can find into clothes or weaponry, and basically do anything you can to survive an uncaring or occasionally hostile environment. The irony of potentially dying of exposure after leaving a cryogenic storage facility is not lost on these folks.
