Morgan Freeman and Jimmy Fallon Talk In 'Helium' Voice

In a recent interview on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ the host was able to convince Morgan Freeman to alter his voice yet again with a little help from helium.

Morgan Freeman, with his signature deep voice, showed the world what he sounded like on helium for his science documentary series titled ‘Through the Wormhole’.

In a recent interview on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ the host was able to convince Freeman to alter his voice yet again with a little help from helium.

Fallon then got straight to the point and asked for a recreation of what he did on ‘Through the Wormhole’. He stated “I do love your voice and everyone loves your voice but I was wondering what your voice would sound like on helium. I'll do the same interview, I'll just do it on helium.”

Fallon wasn't keen on taking no for an answer. He passed Freeman a red balloon and grabbed one for himself.

Fallon cracked a joke before both men sucked on the balloons. While Fallon clearly got a charge out of it, Freeman kept a straight face and in his helium voice called the stunt, ‘undignified’. He also said in his child-like tone that he wouldn’t be returning to ‘The Tonight Show’.
