This is a 1980 dual axle 23' Prowler Travel Trailer - $4995.00
This travel trailer is in VERY good condition and everything WORKS!!! Yea!

This trailer is water tight and very cozy and very clean! Very spacious lots of cupboards. The perfect Burning Man trailer.
Also Included in the sale of this trailer are the following items:
• an air conditioner
• a fire pit in a canvass case
• 2 (two) mountain bikes
• 3 camp chairs
The fridge, stove, furnace, water tank, shower, sinks, water pump, water heater, dump hose for the tanks (in the rear bumper), interior lights, porch light, running lights, break lights, and electric breaks work (a brand new Bargman electric safety switch has also been installed)
We also have the original books for this trailer, and of course, they come with it
It sleeps 8 - two in the lounge area and two in the dining room comfortably and 1 to two in each of the bunks - the lounge area has a curtain separator for privacy
The upper berths have no ladders for access and have been used for storage, long before we owned it - there is one at each end of the trailer -- there are memory foam mattresses in each and sleep one or two, depending on size or person
All of the windows are in good shape and NONE are broken
It has two areas to dine in and for seating: the dining table (near the door) and the lounge area in the rear (the lounge area has the privacy curtain)
The fridge works on electric or propane
The stove is a 4 (FOUR) burner stove - not some cheesy little 2 or 3 burner and has a good oven
The kitchen sink is a dual sink -- NOT a single basin
It comes with a microwave, toaster and toaster oven and some dishes, silverware, prep knives and pots and pans (there are also extra fuses and bulbs in a drawer, when needed)
All three roof vents have just been replaced - they are Brand New! And the roof has been sealed
This trailer has a lot of cupboard space and is well laid out (FAR better than new R.V.'s) It even has a built in Laundry bin, however since it is right next to the dining room table, you might use it for something other than dirty gym socks (just a thought)
It has a full bath with a tub (small, but a tub none-the-less) and everything works
It has a 40 gallon fresh water tank which has no leaks and the water runs either by direct water input or by the pump
The "check center" panel is located over the sink for fresh water, grey water, black water, and battery (power) level check
There are two deep cell batteries in good working order
There are 2 large propane tanks
The door locks and basement locks are brand-new, with two sets of keys -- it has a screen door and the door can remain open if you like as the clip works
There is also a working stereo system with a CD ROM player
This trailer is really a little gem. Whether you are going to live in it, take it camping or plan to use it for Burning Man, it is up to the task.
