Japan To Citizens: Stock Up on Toilet Paper

Japan is urging its citizens to not only stock up on food and water in case of an earthquake emergency, but also to purchase toilet paper which can become scarce. In the event of an emergency, people will begin to use things instead of toilet paper, like tissues, which can backup up the plumbing and make things a whole lot worse.
