Home-Made Vietnamese Prawn Pancakes By Joel

To add an international twist to your kitchen isn't tough if you follow Chef Joel's recipe! Vietnamese prawn pancakes is an exotic yet easy to make dish! With loads of vegetables and seafood this is a treat for the eyes and taste-buds! What are you waiting for? Hit play and enjoy the video!

Ingredients:
(Serves 2)

• 100g of prawns deshelled and deveined
• 1 tbsp crushed black pepper
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp/15g of minced garlic
• 2 tbsp of butter
• 3 rice pancakes
• 1/2 carrot finely chopped
• 3 red chillies
• 3 spring onions
• 1/2 lemon juice
• 1/2 coloured bell peppers
• Ketchup for the dipping sauce
• A bowl of water to hydrate the rice pancakes
