But the good news is they are so old they are only dangerous to the terrorist.
There were 30,000 unfilled chemical shells unaccounted for in Iraq and during the war insurgents filled them with chlorine and made IED's out of them. This is exactly the kind of thing terrorist are looking for. If terrorist set one off someplace like the floor of the New York Stock Exchange it would cause chaos and panic.
Saddam broke up his stockpiles of WMD and scattered them all over Iraq. This is one of the bunkers the State Department spokes person refered to. More than likely we will never find all the WMD hidden by Saddam.
