Mexican authorities, lawmakers, and activists are conducting an investigation into allegations that the Mexican army committed a massacre in June. Many claim that authorities tried to blame organized crime for the killings in the town of Tlatlaya, in the State of Mexico, in which 22 youth lost their lives, when it was in fact soldiers who perpetrated the massacre. Human rights activists say such extrajudicial executions are systemic in the country. Clayton Conn reports from Mexico City. teleSUR
