Weird Woman Steals Mail, Pees on Porch

Security camera footage outside of a house in Texas shows a peculiar thief. A woman pulls up in a yellow mustang and proceeds to steal three days worth of mail, try on shoes, and then go to another house and relieve herself on the porch! What a crazy person!
