Tv9 IMPACT Collector 'Wakes Up' in woman delivery case, Mehsana - Tv9 Gujarati

Mehsana: In absence of medical staff, a woman had delivered her child in a loading rickshaw infront of a closed Primary Health Centre (PHC) in the district. After Tv9 team reported the incident to collector, authorities have successfully woke up and asked for the report to health department.
