Written guide:
To find the first ECHO log jump onto the machine in front of the red barrier. From it jump over the red barrier. Melee the lock on the bin to find the first ECHO log.

To find the second ECHO log shoot the green glowing panel at the top of the room. The second ECHO will drop down.

To find the third ECHO log just interact with the green glowing cabinet and the second ECHO log will pop out.

To find the final ECHO log go around the block to the left of the waterfall. Use a barrel to jump ontop of the platform and walk along it until you get to the green button. Press it and enter the walkway. At the other end of the walkway is the final ECHO log.
