Uruguayan oppositon candidate proposes changing marijuana legalization

In Uruguay, presidential candidates are pulling out all the stops ahead of this Sunday's general elections. Opposition candidate Luis Lacalle Pou of the National Party today proposed repealing parts of marijuana legalization laws in the country.
