This new scandal for the former IMF boss centres on the business dealings of a Luxembourg bank. Strauss-Kahn quit as non-executive chairman three days before the suicide. We also look at reports Russia has been invited to a delivery ceremony for a French warship. The Elysée palace denies an invitation has been sent.
